Service Description

Hire of a meeting space with HD projector for presentations, brainstorming sessions, trainings and teamwork (6 people max).

Cancellation Policy

1. Your bookings will be registered under the here-in mentioned client, and the appointed room will be made available based on vacancy; 2. Hosting capacity of the allocated room must be respected at all times; 3. All individuals pertaining to your bookings are to respect the BaseCamp Initiative policies, facilitating reasonable usage and lifespan of all logistics and equipment on site, as well as those entrusted in their care; 4. You are to ensure proper handling of all logistics and furniture (eg. extension board, projector / screen, whiteboard, chairs, tables, decor items, etc...) Damages and loss arising out of your bookings will be billed to you at a fair commercial rate; 5. Descent noise levels must be observed within the allocated room and common areas, with consideration of other clients; 6. The use of drugs will not be tolerated within the offices nor the confines of the entire property; 7. Meals are not allowed in the room, however snacks are permitted. Snacks, refreshments, as well as printing and scanning services are available on site at cost basis; Credit for those is not permitted. 8. For Meeting Room and Podcast Room bookings, every newly starter hour is due for payment, should you and / or your guest exceed the initially reserved time slot. 9. All bookings are non-refundable under any circumstance; 10. Rescheduling will attract a new billing, as cancelled or postponed bookings are a loss of business for BaseCamp Initiative; 11. Use of the BaseCamp Initiative business address for administrative or business registration purposes and mail collection is strictly permitted for long term bookings of the Flexible Office (3 months or longer); In the interest of communal harmony, all Parties agree to make reasonable efforts to maintain a peaceful environment within the confines of the property, with BaseCamp Initiative staff, clients, guests; and work together to resolve any differences. BaseCamp Initiative reserves the right to cancel bookings should: - You fails to provide full payment upfront; - The individuals pertaining to your booking fail to meet any of the above terms and conditions;​ - The individuals pertaining your booking fail to abide by the Property Rules; - The individuals pertaining to your booking fail to maintain a reasonable and non-abusive relationship with BaseCamp Initiative staff, clients, guests; - The individuals pertaining to your booking engage in suspicious or illegal activity such as fraud, smuggling, vandalism, etc.
