For the longest time, I’ve wanted to connect under one roof, young people from different walks of life. The plan is to innovate change on our very landscape by developing creative thinking communities.

 

I believe Creativity is the world’s greatest weapon, regardless of context or industry. I’ve seen incredible talent and beautiful souls all round our countries. Vibrant teenagers and young adults that don’t have access to resources or the right framework to evolve. Others seek to be part of a dynamic community, and most of all desire to work on projects they actually care about.

 

Having been nominated as a Young Lion during the 2016 International Cannes Lions Creativity Awards, I know more than ever that a simple idea can change the future, when nurtured in the right environment with right resources.

With my love for spaces, interiors and the creative arts, my goal has been to create a unique ecosystem of resources to help birth significant and cool projects that will impact the African society in tremendous ways. Hence the birth of the BaseCamp Initiative, West Africa's one and only Green Creative hub!
